Rules for «Who's going?»

Version of 14 October 2026

This translation is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally binding. German version →

«Who's going?» is an optional Tracklap feature that helps people planning the same trackday find each other. These rules apply to everyone who creates a short profile, shows up at a trackday or writes in the exchange. You accept them with a checkbox before you take part for the first time; we store which version you accepted and when.

1. Taking part

  • Only people with a Tracklap account who are at least 18 years old can take part.
  • One account per person. Don't pretend to be someone else.
  • Your nickname contains no e-mail address, no links and nothing offensive.

2. What the exchange is for

Posts and replies belong to the respective trackday: travel, sharing a garage, meeting point, questions about the date and experiences with the track and organiser.

3. What is not allowed

  • insults, threats, harassment and discrimination
  • advertising, sales offers, spam and links to commercial offers
  • other people's personal data (e.g. phone number, address, licence plate, photos) without their consent
  • illegal content and calls for street racing or other dangerous acts
  • content you have no rights to
  • deliberately false information

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you write and what you put in your short profile. You allow Tracklap to show your content free of charge within «Who's going?» for as long as you don't delete it.

5. Arrangements between users

Tracklap does not broker any services and is not a party to arrangements between users, such as travelling together, sharing a garage or sharing costs. You make such arrangements on your own responsibility; check them yourself. To the extent permitted by law, Tracklap is not liable for them.

6. «Going» is self-reported

Statements such as «going» or «interested» are voluntary self-reports, not a booking or reservation. Booking is done exclusively with the organiser; Tracklap does not check these statements.

7. Reporting and moderation

You can report content that breaks these rules. We check reports and can hide or delete content and, for repeated or serious breaches, block the use of «Who's going?» or the account. If three different people report the same content, it is hidden automatically until we have checked it. There is no right to publication.

8. Leaving

You can delete your short profile, posts and replies at any time, or delete your whole account under «My Season».

9. Changes

We may change these rules. If they change, you have to accept the new version before you write again or show up at a trackday.

How we handle your data in the process is described in the privacy policy (section 7).
